Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy Yields Strong Results Engaging Consumers
LAS VEGAS, NV (October 28, 2022): The breadth of the American Marketing Group’s (AMG) marketing products has delivered strong results for its agencies and preferred partners. With email, print, customized websites, social media and niche marketing, these programs increased sales and profitability for our affiliates, both with repeat travel and finding new clients.

High Scores on Email Marketing
AMG increased its consumer email marketing by more than 34% this past year with partners participating due to the high open rates of 32%, which is 11-13% higher than average industry performance. In addition, the agent emails yield extremely high results as well, on average at 36% open rate versus the industry average of 20%, demonstrating our advisors’ strong engagement with our preferred suppliers.
Social Media Flourishing
With an enhanced social media site, Social Connect, launched in January 2022, the easy-to-use proprietary platform has helped advisors with their own social media outreach. Ten percent more advisors are now using this site increasing their usage by 75%. Exclusive preferred supplier content on Social Connect is updated each month and there are also other assets including content on why people should use a travel advisor, destinations and celebrations.
Digital Campaigns and Lead Dash
Many partners have seen the success of our multi-faceted digital campaigns that include consumer emails, blogs, customized websites and social outreach. Advisors opt-in for the program, are trained and then receive the consumer leads – earning a new client and full upfront commission. Ten percent of the clicks from the campaign convert into a lead. Each advisor has a customized dashboard on tripXpress (AMG’s proprietary booking engine) that houses the leads and tracks their success. This lead program was instrumental in also assisting our advisors and suppliers with FCCs and TOCs (credits from Cruise and Tour bookings, respectively), most of which have been closed post-pandemic.
Customized Website Solution for Agencies
OnlineXpress, AMG’s lead generating consumer travel website system for agencies, supports advisors with their online content strategy. With hundreds of customized websites today, thousands of pages of content, along with a monthly consumer newsletter featuring exclusive content, OnlineXpress has garnered 1.4 million unique visitors resulting in 16,000 leads. Custom Solutions, Targeted Communications
Through ClientBase back-office integration, AMG is able to mine the agencies’ consumer databases to direct and target the right offer to the right client. Participation is turn-key for our advisors. All pieces are customized with the agency’s contact information as the call to action. Consumer emails have grown 34% since last year while Direct Mail is now starting to grow after a pause of printed materials during the pandemic.
