American Marketing Group Announces Crypto Currency Payment Platform for Agency Affiliates

Among First in Industry to Launch New Payment Technology


LAS VEGAS, NV (October 28, 2022): At their recent Travel Market 2022 conference at Resorts World Las Vegas the American Marketing Group (AMG) revealed their newest payment platform featuring crypto currency acceptance and processing. The new enhancement will be available to TRAVELSAVERS, NEST and The Affluent Traveler Collection affiliates via tripXpress, AMG’s proprietary booking platform. AMG is among the first in the travel industry to be able to offer this option to their advisors, providing another payment option for their clients.

“With over $1 trillion in market capital, we felt it was time to make it possible for holders of crypto to book travel directly with our agencies,” said Jim Mazza, COO of TRAVELSAVERS. “We have been working for months with some of the top banks and exchanges to facilitate the process.”

While the value of crypto currency has been affected by value changes that mirror overall market fluctuations, crypto still remains strong among the legion of holders who see it as an alternative to traditional currency. The typical crypto user is an affluent millennial and well positioned to take advantage of upscale tours and cruises that the AMG agencies offer their customers.

The crypto currency transaction employs all phases of the blockchain process and establishes AMG as a trailblazer among travel consortia. The program, currently in test, will be launched in 2023 with a few select cruise and tour operators and then will be expanded to include most of AMG’s premier preferred partners.

This exciting new feature, added to the robust tools that we currently offer our affiliates today, will help them innovate and grow their businesses.”
