Jane Clementino named as Senior Vice President and General Manager Canada

Oyster Bay, NY (August 23, 2022): TRAVELSAVERS Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Clementino as Senior Vice President and General Manager Canada effective September 6th.

Clementino will oversee business development, sales, and the day-to-day operations of the TRAVELSAVERS’ Canadian team in addition to managing the strategic partnership duties from Cathie Lewis Hardy, who is retiring after 20 years with the company. The Canadian TRAVELSAVERS team consisting of Business Analysts, Regional Business Development Directors and Director of Strategic Partnerships will report directly to Clementino.

Clementino is an accomplished sales and marketing expert spanning aviation, corporate and retail travel. She has extensive knowledge of the travel marketplace, distribution channels and supplier relations. With more than 30 years in the industry, Clementino was most recently Managing Director Canada for Discover the World, a marketing company representing 20 global partners where she increased sales and grew their partner base by 60% in the last year. Previously, she held senior roles at WestJet and WestJet Vacations growing sales over 35% and managing a sales portfolio of $1.6B. Clementino also held a number of executive positions in travel including VP of Sales and Account Management at Navigant/CWT Canada where she managed 800 corporate clients and implemented a global travel management operating framework.

Reporting into the executive team at TRAVELSAVERS, Clementino will work from the Ontario office in Toronto.
